best parties/social scene?

From an outsider who has visited many times, I have noticed a trend of which house throws which kind of party. Half seem to just get DJs, while the other half tend to get live music. I have noticed KA bring in some very good names in the past few years that I have only seen do SEC/big school events (Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Big Something, The Vegabonds, Maradeen) but have noticed Chi Phi step it up this year (Atlas Road Crew, Big Something). Sigma Chi does a solid job as well as far as bands. What do you guys think? Both HSC students and those that visit frequently?
