Some of the best guys you will find on campus and extremely involved in leadership positions etc. Well rounded and never going to flaunt how much money they have, just always down to have a good time. Fun to be around and have some solid past couple pledge classes. Pretty solid chapter with lots of history and good guys

If you don't count DKE, these kids are the bottom of the bottom. Nice enough, but they don't have an identity. Like to talk about other fraternities a little too much.

Chi Phi boys are the best of the best. Classy but know how to have a good time, dress well and are true gentleman. If you don’t party with chi phi, you’re missing out.

big “country” guys that all grew up in the suburbs... still haven’t really found an identity yet and they only had one good band last year

These guys are known to be pretty cool, but their location hurts them by not being on the circle. I could see them being a lot more popular if they got a house on the circle.

The school made exceptions for them to have parties with live musicians during the week last year because the administration felt bad about how poor their recruitment was. They just aren't good, although their physical house is cool. They have social brothers, which just shows they aren't a real fraternity. Also, look at Chi Phi as a national fraternity, its just embarrassing.

This used to be a decent group of guys but that changed a long time ago. I remember seeing an entire pledge class quit one year, THE WHOLE PLEDGE CLASS OF 7 GUYS QUIT!!!!. A few of the older guys were really cool, but most of the chi-phi members were burn outs with bad attitudes. They think that they come from family money, but really they just work at their family's used car lot as sales people after college. This Chapter lacks leadership, identity and intelligence. They Should close this house for good and the college should use the property for something better.
