Best overall house on the circle. While they come off as selective and exclusive, the ones I've met are all cool and welcoming. Never have a dull party either. Very respected and solid all around

A couple of the seniors might be a little weird, but they are definitely a great group of guys! The past two years have definitely brought great brothers for this house and they always have the best tailgates. Their Beat Macon beach party was absolutely the most fun I've ever had!

This house is definitely on the rise! I went to their first party and it was one of the best nights of my life. There are some weird ones but what frat doesnt have them. Next year chi phi is definitely going to be the top house.
