Chi Phis are a joke. The reason why their rank is high is because they have their pledges type high reviews pretending to be girls. Nothing goes on over there, best if you go KA or SAE

Once a very killer house to be a part of at H-SC. Still among the top houses. Started going downhill after amassing a lot of debt with the school. And recent changes from their national office has forever changed SAE's new member initiation process.

They're a recently rechartered house, and there's not much in the way of anything in terms of the old Iota chapter. There seems to be no real level of "respect" conveyed by neighboring houses, the alumni aren't very active with their current brothers, and they tend to keep themselves in trouble over the silliest issues.

good fraternity but needs some work brothers are riding the name and not doing much to maintain the prestige of the fraternity.
