they're the best all around, always with longwood kd which has the best looking girls who all want to be with them, and that's why people don't like them. Hate ranks say they're #6 on this site but everyone knows kappa sig is top at sydney

Last 2 pledges class were their best....newest one kind of looks like it consists mostly of people who didn't get bids from pike or kappa sig. top mid tier based on the last few pledge classes and based on the fact that the weird seniors are graduating

Kappa Sig has the best officers, their older guys are amazing. Feels like they're starting to ruin their rep on campus a little by giving a bid to just about anyone from southeastern va (the 757) now just to maintain their demographic. I like the bands and the bouncy house though

Chi Phi is falling but they still have great bands and have had two concerts in the past few weeks. You really don't hear of much going on over there simply because of their location unless there's a band.

Their last two pledge classes have been solid. The older brothers consist mostly of rugby players so there's a really weird shift going on within the frat but if it continues to follow the trend that it's on then I can see these guys going from top middle tier to bottom top tier. They for the most part only hang out with Zetas at Longwood and some of the Longwood soccer team and they're both super territorial groupsl, but I mean if you go to a KSig party you'll see mostly Longwood KD girls who act the same way. They haven't had a band since last semester and this semester there have been a few DJ parties which got too massive for where they hold their parties. The days they have someone on aux it's typically a better time.

Great fraternity (if not the best) my first year here. With that being said, they have let debt and small pledge classes slowly push them into a state of ruin in which they rely on their brand name to attract kids to the house. They havent had a single party this year and I don't think they are even allowed to have one for the rest of the semester. Apparently, they got a solid pledge class this spring so I hope they can turn it around. Definitely a middle tier fraternity that is barely hanging on to the glory days of having good bands/parties.
