Due to people self-ranking, here is the actual Tier list, (Fraternities in each Tier are in no particular order)

Top Tier:
Delt, PhiPsi, SNu

Middle:
Lambda, SigChi

Bottom:
TKE, PhiDelt

The only people that would rank Phi-Delt that high would be people in that house.
Not a legitimate ranking at all

However, to any incoming freshman looking at these boards, make your own choices. These rankings are all biased and people trying to self promote their own fraternity. Check out all the houses and see where you fit best if you do decide Greek life is for you, do not let some biased website tell you where to go

To anyone interested in rushing, please use your own judgement. Anyone who gave their house all 5's or 1's was obviously promoting their house.
I personally recommend you to see the houses for yourself. Listening to a gdi tell you what houses are good and bad is ridiculous. Good luck to everyone.

Sigma Chi shocked a lot of people and had the strongest pledge class of 2013.

Honestly this is how the pledge classes as in well rounded in social life and involvement are going to look this year:

1) SNu
2) Sig Chi
3) Phi Psi
4) Delt
5) Lambda
6) Phi Delt

Phi Psi has stepped it up this year after a bad pledge class and Delt is going to be disappointed after a large pledge class...respect to Phi Psi but good luck trying to get 41 pledges again Delt, I mean you're pretty much just a number if you're in Delt anyway...
