Delt will invite a bunch of guys over for special events. It either means they really like you or they need more opinions about you. There are a ton of secret events though so if you can get on their radar you'll probably get invited. If they text you to come over and hang a lot then it means you're pretty much locked down to get a bid. If you aren't and you can sell yourself well, then you won't have a hard time becoming a Delt during rush.

Snu will spend a ton of money on their top guys, take them out to a Christmas date party, Pacers games, stuff like that. But only on the guys they know they want. Just like Delt they always have the guys they want most over all the time. You have to work really hard to be a Snu if you don't get invited to these events.

Sig Chi only gives bids to the guys who show them undying allegiance. You have to show you're full on to them before they give you a bid. It's not hard once you set your mind to it, but you have to decide kind of early on that you want to be a Sig Chi. If you don't, it will be hard to get one during rush week.

Phi Delt will invite all the guys who they think party to every driving function they have at senior houses. If you stop coming to those, it will be hard to get a bid because they will think you want to be in another house. If you don't drink but you're friends with literally even one Phi Delt, you'll get a bid easily.
