Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Butler University - BU 4.2 Definitely underrated. They throw great parties outside of the house. The guys are cool once you get to know them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Butler University - BU 3.8 Contrary to popular belief, they actually party on the weekends. A lot of girls don't realize that and just know them as the "dry house". Cool house. Shame they can't party inside it to be honest. On the downside, there are some really strange guys in the house and those are the ones that you notice. Have a solid base of guys but some weird ones in there. Making their way up though.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Butler University - BU 4.8 Honestly the phi delts are awesome. They aren't like the other frat who are trying to compete with one another and kicking out the guys, they are just trying to have a great time. The brothers are the nicest people that you will meet and they definitely know how to party (atleast the upperclassmen do). I love the phi delt and will party with them any weekend.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Butler University - BU 2.4 They don't really host parties at their house with the exception of those dance ones with the dj which occur like 4 times a year. Back to the people, the average phidelt is soft and overall a little weird for ones taste. They aren't cool but do have a few solid bros. They also know they aren't a top house but don't try to act like it. They attract a certain type of freshman that wants to be the top guy at a house but won't be able to do that anywhere else.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Butler University - BU 4.0 Phi Delts are like a pillow. You'd rather have the cold side(normal, fun, outgoing brothers), but somehow you're always exposed to the other side which makes you angry. Love the bros that know how to live life - study, party, enjoy friends, be spontaneous. But a lot of them are simply boring losers. Seriously, it's one thing to be academically motivated, but to stay in a study 24/7...not the real college experience. House is getting better every year.

The guys in the house though, are not dry. These guys throw plenty of parties at their senior houses and know how to have a good time.
