Poor sister hood- I always hear these girls talking about eachother and others poorly behind their back. Lots of 2 faced girls worried only about their image. Takes money from their philanthropy for their house apparently. Other than the fact that most of them are pretty wealthy, they have very little going for them personality wise.

house is really on the decline, they just cant seem to pull it together. they don't throw parties anymore, a lot of the guys are creepy, lots of potheads, guys are notorious for screwing girls over. guys are drunk during the days on weekdays which speaks volumes about their commitment to academics and involvement outside their house. they were just as good as delt when they were still throwing parties but honestly aren't doing well now.

This is hands-down the best fraternity on campus. You will always feel comfortable hanging out with these guys. No big fratty douches like Delt and Sig, just real guys who genuinely enjoy their brothers, have a great rep on campus, and also know how to throw down. Girls hang out here because the guys are so fun and respectful. Love me a good Phi Delt!
