Honestly, Pi Phi has MAJORLY improved the past few years, especially this past year. They are super fun and you always see them out at parties. Everyone seems to actually like each other, which isn’t true for some sororities.

Always slow regardless of if it's lunch hour or later. Arrived at 2 pm and waited a half and hour for food...ridiculous. I would've left and went to McDonald's if it weren't for the fact that I had already committed 20 minutes of my life.

Paid nearly 11 bucks for 4 large vanilla frosted. Drove 8 blocks to home and discovered these frosted had the consistency of milk. Called the store immediately answer called a few minutes later no answer. Called corporate and was assured I would get a call in a voice mail. Heck I just gave up. Today a voice mail from the store asks me to call the store to arrange a refund. Called and 3 times and no answer. Hey Dairy Queen. You cost a little more but never a problem.

The two employees at night 11/11/17 are two miserable people who hate their jobs so expect sloppy made sandwiches, cold fries, and an attitude. Also the food here stinks like old dirty gym socks. No lie. You better off going to Arby's across the street at the Pilot.

I just wanted to say, I wasn't going to write this review but it's been a few days and it has really got me angry thinking about how terrible customer service was..we stopped at Wendy's on our way home from Colorado and there was about 7 people working there and they were all slowly walking around talking and laughing with other employees when we were waiting to place our order. There was an older woman there who really got on my nerves... She was very rude when I was placing my order and when I was standing by the counter where I get my order she called our number and I started walking over and then she said very very loudly in a rude tone, GIRL! To me. I will never come back and I hope that when other people go to this Wendy's they have a way better experience.
