Delts pledge class this year is honestly below average. Their house is extremely cliquey and their brotherhood is honestly not the best. The top house seems to be on a downfall

Thoroughly dropped after recruitment this year. Shallow and over-the-top and the girls in the house are incredibly, deeply divided. Each alpha phi hangs out with her own very small group of alpha phis and there is no collective sisterhood. Good at recruitment normally but when it gets exposed that your whole recruitment policy is based on looks then it gets harder to maintain that posed image

In one word- underrated. the alpha chis are some of the most down to earth girls around campus. they are always wanting to go out and have a good time. they are super involved in their community and care so much that they go out of their way to help others that are not part of their sisterhood. wife one up before they’re gone

People want this house for the nice rooms and name value. When you rush them you realize they are shallow and cliquey. Every stereotypical pretty girl who Alpha Phi would normally attract went Theta Delta Gamma and Kappa. People finally realizing what goes on inside that house is not okay
