Used to be relevant, but now they just have a strange mix of guys. Decent social events last year, but for their sake there was a lack of girls which I didn’t understand why until I met a handful of them. Definitely not the classiest on campus and don’t associate with the top sororities.

I believe this fraternity is either inactive or about to be inactive. New fraternity that never got a house or the right people. Unfortunately never really had a chance on campus.

Honestly, very underrated fraternity, didn’t really know many of them until I went to a closed last year, but I was pleasantly surprised. As far as I can tell this is the frat on campus that actually gets girlfriends and seem to keep them. Haven’t met a phi delt yet that came off as arrogant like the some of the other fraternities on this campus.

Never had a bad time with a theta. Cool girls that are smart but know how to have a good time. Easily one of the top houses on campus
