i am a sophomore here at butler, and ive seen a lot from the greek community. although this may be a diverse group of girls, they seem to have the best sisterhood and the most fun together as a whole house. there are definitely some weird and socially awkward girls, but also an increasing group of outgoing and fun girls with the last 2 pledge classes. people are too stuck on their past reputation of "weirdos" to notice the changes. keep up the good work!

Snu has been a powerhouse for rushing the last few years, drawing all kinds of great guys to their house. They care a lot about their GPA but have also lost #1 recently too. The house is filled with leaders on campus in almost every organization. Their social life is unique: they hold the biggest party yearly (voodoo) & other great parties, but have often been closed to outsiders on weekends. Some see them as elitist and inward with their close circle of friends. Brotherhood is unrated.

Sig Chi's house has pro's & con's. Their house is a hodgepodge of guys but this latest pledge class will certainly improve their house overall. They are a generally popular place for parties but are seen by some as elitist and odd. They have some crazy parties, but their involvement within the campus is limited. Sig Chi is certainly at a turning point with the removal of TKE last year. Their future may be potentially very strong, but it may be disappointing as well. Brotherhood is unrated.

Phi Psi has been a very fratty house the last few years. They often recruit guys who are strong partiers and know how to throw down and rage. However the guys often are seen as classless and disrespectful to people. If you are a friend you are treated great but if you dont have a connection, it isn't as fun. There have been unfortunate stigmas due to previous allegations. The guys are not gentlemen, but they are great to party with. Regardless, still top tier. Brotherhood is unrated.

Phi delt is in many people's eyes a lesser house, but that does not mean that they are bad. They are a dry house and therefore do not hold parties with drinking, which hurts their rushing ability. The guys that have rushed there in the past few years have nonetheless been genuinely "nice guys", with a bit of social awkwardness. While there are not many good-lookers either, there certainly are diamonds in the rough. Brotherhood is unrated.

Lambda has stepped their game up in the last two years. They used to be a strangely put-together group of guys, but their rushing has improved a lot. They are considered by many to be trying very hard to become a top tier fraternity, & if they continue like this, they will be in a year or two to come. Their change in character has prompted negativity towards themselves from other greek houses, and there are certainly still some awkward moments & guys when you're there. Brotherhood is unrated.

A top tier house on Butler's campus and has been for years. They thrive in the social scene and are good about being open for parties, especially Thursdays. They have a lot of good looking, athletic guys, and are pretty involved in campus. Their classiness is ehh, but they're not downright mean. They are seen by some as too into themselves and playing the "popularity game", which can turn people off to their house or call them a tad douchey. Overall pretty respectable. Brotherhood is unrated.

These girls are genuine and sincere. It's not a popular thing to say, but they were at the top of my list all through recruitment. They are in love with their philanthropy and are active all over campus.
