I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this house during rush week. people shouldnt pay attention to stereotypes. There are also some really pretty girls in this house. I wish I hadn't listened to what guys and upperclassmen told me

I love the new pledge class this year. I don't feel intimidated like when I go to the other houses to party. They respect girls and I never feel unsafe there. great brotherhood and great group of guys

What the heck happened in their 2013 pledge class?? What was once a dominant house is now just one of the houses... Look at there 2012 pledge class, unbelievably hot.. The one this year, mehhh, bunch of A Chis out there and about 3 unbelievably hot chicks. What happened this year is unfixable because the hot chicks next year will all want to go Theta now

This fraternity has changed in the past few years. From one of the top houses with Delt, to sliding down to the middle tier. Only got 16 pledges out of the 35-40 bids they gave out. If there was a fraternity to get kicked off campus next, it will be this one. As Lambda and Sig Chi are going up, Phi Psi is going down.
