Utter dominance. They smash the competition. This years freshman skit? Flawless. I have some great friends here. They are quite social, as everybody competes to have the DGs over at their house. They may lie to you, however. This happens from time to time. Oh well.

These boys are a pretty fun bunch. The majority of them are really great, however they do have a few douche bags. The parties are always pretty fun as long as you have a couple friends in the house. If not, chances are the brothers will not talk to you. Overall, definitely a top tier house. Has some hotties too, especially the older guys.

I don't know what happened to this house. The upperclassmen are true gentlemen, however this years pledge class is a disappointment. They are awkward and uncomfortable to be around, they do not know what it's like to have a good time. They are all elitists and I will not go over to the house. They claim to all be gentlemen, and there are a few but for the most part they are a bunch of pigs. I'm not a fan of this house, not many people are.

"Everyone wants to party with Delts and the recruitment strategies they have used on me this year have worked. It is with much regret that I say I would never be a Delt because you can only live there Sophomore year, you have to put on a charade your entire sophomore year to get people that just replace you as jocks. And then you move out and say 'was it all worth it?" Playing the high school game in college, that's all Delt is" so true

Completely underrated house. I love this chapter and all of the girls are super sweet and involved in everything! They're not sloppy and keep it classy on the weekends. They're real girls and don't fit a stereotype. They are all different and beautiful. The new pledge class seriously gives this house a completely new look!
