Some oddballs, but generally nice guys that like to have a good time whether it's a senior house party or just hanging out on their roof. They sure do know how to treat a lady right!

These guys never seem to get in trouble even though they party a lot and right next to Ross. They are definitely the party house on campus and many are viewing them higher with the new pledge class. Some of the sophomores and juniors are weird, but moving out. You barely see older Sig Chi's doing stuff on campus other than this new pledge class. They are always open which helps and hurts them. Definitely the least cliquey frat and stole a lot of bids from Phi Psi this year.

No one really sees Phi Delt as a major frat on campus since they are dry. This semester they have had a lot of open senior parties. Some consider them underrated as many have a great time. The guys in the house though are nerdy and some are rude. It has always been lie this in the past years. Nobody views them as a top place to rush since they are dry. They always lose a lot of bids to Delt and they did again this year. Nothing is changing about this house, always the same if dry.

These guys are the "frattiest" of the frats. Some guys are real cool while others are real sketchy. There's usually a lot of physical fighting and drama within the house, but they do like to have a good time. Their parties are usually a lot of fun, but if you are a girl they'll make their move fast. Some girls like that, some girls don't. Although they have always been a great house, their pledge class is the worst. Some great guys in the class, but lost a lot of guys to Delt and Sig Chi.

Nothing new about Lambda from the past years. They do have a better pledge class, but that's not saying much. A lot of the guys in the house are weird. Some know how to have a good time, but some are just really boring. They have been open a good amount this semester which has made them go up in the eyes of some people. Lots of drama within the house though, making the brotherhood pretty weak. This pledge class may help the house out as a whole though.

This semester Delt has been the same as its been every year. They always recruit hard first semester, but then fall off with everyone else second semester. If you are a brother, or a DG or APhi, you will have a great time partying with these guys. If not then you will probably be ignored whenever they're open. These guys are either really cool, really nerdy, or stuck up. Also, they had a lot of pledges, but some of the guys are real questionable that got a bid. Top tier nonetheless.

Individually, they are nice. However, they really, really like to be nasty about other houses. Anyone notice how often they hate on Theta and Pi Phi, yet Theta and Pi Phi don't hate much back? I think that says a lot. Sure, they have a high ranking on this dumb sight, because they spend all of their time ranking themselves. When you are actually on campus and talking to others, you find out that DG is not everything they say it is.
