They are the stereotypical Animal House-like frat stars - which there's nothing wrong with that. But the Delts do NOT speak to any guys that are not Delts, which is a shame. Also, for the girls, you know you're an easy "slampiece" if a Delt wants to talk to you. They have a great brotherhood. But overall, I wouldn't rate them as top house. They could be sooooo much better. Also, very smart and great looking guys.

Being in a fraternity on campus you grow to have an unspoken rivalry between the other fraternities. Sigma Nu is one of those fraternities you hate and love. 65% of their brothers are the greatest people - super nice, down-to-earth, academically motivated, etc. However, I can't ignore the fact that 35% of the fraternity brothers are extremely terrible people who think being a 'Sigma Nu' means you're God himself. Newest pledge class seems very boring, too.

Theta is full of beautiful, intelligent, and independent women. I have some good friends in the house and they are so happy to be in Theta. During recruitment week they said that the Thetas were intimidating at first because of their confidence and poise-but then as the week moved on, they realized all the girls in that house are real, genuine, and down to earth. Also, their new pledge class is full of babes!! Great house!

So unbelievably caddy and in accepting of other houses. Everyone thinks they have the best house, but it is not okay to be nasty and back talk other organizations.

focussed on delt and themselves. once they rush they feel they are the best people on earth. Even though most of them suck i would recommend. Glad I didn't choose this house after pref night

DG is a group of very fun girls. They are proud of their house. But they also get gossipy about other houses and can be really immature and even nasty.

All around Theta is a great house. As the older and rather snotty sisters are departing, the newest pledge class will come and truly bring Theta to possibly #1 sorority. They do have a lot to work on with eliminating their snobby and arrogant stereotype.
