Honestly the phi delts are awesome. They aren't like the other frat who are trying to compete with one another and kicking out the guys, they are just trying to have a great time. The brothers are the nicest people that you will meet and they definitely know how to party (atleast the upperclassmen do). I love the phi delt and will party with them any weekend.

This frat is looked at as the "classy" frat but they are too "cliquey" to let others in. They're parties aren't that much fun unless you know the brothers which is hard because it's impossible to even get in second semester.

Everything that Greek Life loves to preach philanthropy and involvement wise, but they have maybe the weakest brotherhood on campus. The whole house is set up in big cliques of guys that barely know anyone not in their clique. Brotherhoods like Delt and Phi Psi, and even Sigma Chi are stronger.

This house has really gone downhill since the scandal. They still have great guys and a few pledges who were dirty rushed heavily to stay, but its clear to see that most of the newer guys and pledges are there because no other house wanted them
