Theta is one of the top houses at Butler. Most of the girls are very sweet and proud of their house. They are known for their classiness during the day but on the weekends this goes to hell in a hand basket. They recruit well but that's easy when you are only looking for one type of girl. Also, one of the most expensive houses (not that it's a problem for daddy's little girl...)

I know that there have been some pretty unflattering stereotypes thrown around regarding this house with looks and popularity, but if people didn't judge them so quickly they would realize that there are actually a lot of fun and gorgeous girls in this house. Ya they might not be considered top tier but after last year's pledge class they've already started working their way up and shedding that awkward stereotype.

All the Phi Psi guys are unbelievably nice and welcoming. They're all genuine guys who really seem to have a strong brotherhood. They always throw great parties, and girls love them. Really big fan of these guys.

These guys are conceited snobs. They used to be better and are riding on their rep. They are so into themselves there is no room for others. Average with lots of cliques and infighting Too bad how they have declined in recent years but don't yet realize it... Good grades though usually.

Two words: Cliquey and Rich. They're only taken because of their parent's money. Seriously, look at them. I've also yet to meet one Theta that won't roll her eyes at me when I say I'm not greek. Talk about a bad impression.

This house is what a fraternity should be with a focus on values, brotherhood and leadership. They have great and creative parties and the best formals on campus. They are number 1 in service and philanthropy and keep attracting better guys in rush. Most importantly they are gentleman...a place women can go and be treated with respect and friendliness. I know of no other house on campus with as close and genuine a brotherhood. You rock Lambdas! All the sororities want to be paired with you

Extremely attractive & my favorite house to have a event with. They know how to party. I also heard they got first place in sorority grades
