Don't get me wrong they're not a bad house, but they have an odd ball assortment of girls. They constantly are being sent to the hospital and having their formals shut down because they can't control themselves. This house has the highest drop out rate I'm guessing because they're such a mixture they have a hard time getting along?

This house has a lot of different types of girls, but they find a way to all get along and seem tight knit. A lot of people think they're superficial, but every girl that I have met has been really nice and inviting.

Phi Delts are the most sincere guys on campus. They really look out for people at their parties. And their parties happen to have the best booze on campus. As a girl, I've never felt as safe as I do at Phi Delt. Waiting for one of them to wife me up.
