Some pi phi's are still weird, but for the most part they are an average house that has been on the rise the last two years. They don't get the credit they deserve. They are better than AXO and Tri delt, never could understand why they are always ranked bottom tier when they are middle tier. I know at least 15 girls in their pledge class that go out every weekend and get hammered. The pi phi's I know are pretty and definitely know how to party.

Delt is alright...new pledge class not so good just weird. A lot of guys who are so intelligent but let it get to their heads. Classic teacher's pet who everyone hates. Super involved in SGA. The biggest problem is every delt is the exact same

Genuine, nice, but so so so lame. There's a few diamonds in the rough but not enough to go to a party for. They try super hard at lip syncs and i give them credit for that, definitely the nicest fraternity just not the most exciting or really "Frat" at all

Lambda is definitely on the rise after a rough year. Not really sure all that happened with their HQ but almost everything is back to normal now. Fun house to go to on weekends and guys aren't douchey
