Phi Delts are super nice guys who know how to throw down. even better, they throw parties that girls like to go to and have fun at. all of the guys are really involved on campus without being egotistical about it. a lot of sogs and RAs are phi delts and they're very well-liked. Overall, really gresat guys with a couple of big shining stars in the house too. Good solid freshman pledge class. Plus hanging out at their house is fun too because they have the ping pong table and good vibes!

Girls who are almost hot enough but not nearly chill enough to be a DG and not as stuck up or smart as Theta, not half as fun as Kappa. Plus they're all poor...they won't raise their dues because they have so many poor sisters. They can't even have fall formals anymore because their budget is too small. Also mental health issues are everywhere, about 4 girls drop every semester. But the new pledge class is hotter than the plain, subpar other girls so props for recruiting hot girls!!

Honestly the house is bonkers cool. Nate Lemen especially is a grade A smokeshow.

House is basically split into 3 groups who all don't get along. Parties are pretty bad, people tend to leave to go to one of the other 3 houses. New pledge class has a lot of rejects who didn't get bids from other houses, quite a few creepy, and had all their top recruits stolen by other houses. Also a brother who has assault rumors going around

Bottom Tier if not the lowest ranked house on campus even behind the underground frats. They recruit as many people as possible which gets them a bunch of goobers and kids who aren't really "fraternity" material. 3 years of the same parties and always there is the creepy freshman gawking awkwardly and standing in the corner of the party. They might be considered the nicest guys on campus but is it really fun to drink 30 shots to get a buzz.
