These girls are very classy and you can always find them on campus being super active! They are genuine and will always lend a helping hand, not too mention they poor their hearts into their philanthropy. Low-key a good portion of them know how to party, they just know how to stay under the radar about it.

these guys have been killing it this year with parties. they have tons of girls coming every weekend and their pnms are cool. they're doing a good job with their sophomores, the class is very close and is being groomed to be big shots on campus (sogs, bsa, ifc stuff). very very involved guys without the ego of other chapters. love these guys! very laid back vibes but everyone gets along and no drama. plus their house is super nice because they don't party in it.

solid girls. range from bible thumpers, to crazy party girls. SUPER smart, and a little prissy sometimes. have a 'daddy's money' stereotype which does ring true a bit. they did great in this last recruitment, but this current recruitment has been filled with dirty rushing. they have a decent sisterhood, so internally pretty good, but the issue is that all sororities really don't like theta.

These girls put up a great illusion of sisterhood, variety, and uniqueness. They also do a damn good job at recruitment. But, a facade is just that - a facade. They have serious financial problems as a house, and that's ripping their sisterhood apart (in addition to a lot of other issues). They also recruit based on looks, hence they're a very pretty bunch of girls. Now, there are a handful of absolute GEMS in this house. But the reality is that they are overwhelmingly a mishmash of random girls who are divided, don't mesh, and mostly don't get along. They only have 25 or 26 seniors left, meaning over half of the PC has dropped, and only about half of those seniors who are still active are actually involved. This is the trend for every pledge class. Their sophomore class is also a doozy--not classy, not kind, not genuine. But hey, they are hot. Everyone knows this to be truth, including themselves. It's honestly really sad to watch freshmen girls go through recruitment and peg Alpha Phi as a house they want to come back to because in all honesty, the image they've developed is a lie.

Beta men, they know how to treat a woman, they are also new. While they might not be party animals all of the guys are very smart, have may friends and they care about one another. One of the best fraternities on campus in my opinion.

Complete jack asses who smoke and drink and have billionaire parents who fund all of their habits. They aren't involved in the community at all and they never attend any events. Yet they still smoke cigars out their windows and point and laugh at people who walk by, often roasting them and calling them names. And then they throw all these rowdy parties and never get in trouble. Really annoying.
