Amazing Sisterhood with a great PC '17. Leadership is strong and chapter morale is on point. May not be the most popular on campus but these girls are genuine.

Best house on campus! Tri Delt has been KILLING it during recruitment this year and all the PNMs can't wait to be invited back. I heard they raised more money for their philanthropy (St. Jude) than any other chapter last year, which is awesome. These girls are all over campus looking fly as heeeelll in their letters. Definitely top tier.

Horrible sisterhood and (from wat I have heard) poor financials. Very high drop rate. Have some good girls, but also have a very weird mesh of girls.

I can't believe I'm going to graduate and Phi Delt is top house. Almost seems like a huge joke but they are solid house. Guys like each other and always involved in campus. Lots of weird guys and I mean lots. Parties are hit or miss. Itnhave tons of people. They go hard for 2 hours 9pm-11pm. Better than the sigs this year

I'm sorry but has anyone had fun at Sig as of Fall 17?? House used to be cool now it's hockey players and cig smokers with money. Join to sit in your room and Not throw parties anymore and talk about how you used to.

House won't even be on campus til 2022 maybe even later. You would not be joining a fraternity. As of 2018 it's a group of guys who do lip syncs and go to sorority events. Rushing is a waste to spend your 4 Years without a place to party or hangout. If you ask around campus and someone says they are a beta it's almost as irrelevant as being an underground
