On here it said that of you're pretty you'll be in the top tiers. But as I've been watching girls on campus and stalking every sorority girl on this campus I've noticed basically every sorority has the same amount of beautiful girls? Am I wrong? What makes someone top tier? Are the other pretty girls weird?

The top three sororities are Sigma Kappa, Phi Mu, and Delta Zeta. The other pretty girls aren't necessarily weird.. haha. All of the chapters here are pretty solid, so don't pay attention to the rankings on here. This website tends to blow up before recruitment.
