parties
by: Just wonderingI'm not only in it for the parties. But I do want to know, who throws good ones? Are there any that have annual parties set up? Who throws bad ones? Etc.

Sigma Pi and SigEp throw the biggest parties, they have the best houses for them. DU also throws big parties, but only lower tier greek orgs and geeds go to those. ATO and Delt Sig have apartments in Mystic and have pretty good parties as well, just not as big as the frats already mentioned. Alph Sig and Kappa Sig both have new places so I wouldn't expect much from them this year, and the others don't have parties. Sigma Pi, SigEp, Delt Sig, and ATO all have annual parties that most people try to go to.

Sigep doesn't have a house, they have an apartment building that a bunch of brothers live in. No big open common area so that hurts their parties as you have to party in a bunch of different little apartment rooms.Sigma Pi right now throws the best parties due to having a house and it being older so they can do whatever they want with it.ATO and Delt Sig have a great location with mystic. Alph sig has a ton of potential, but the house is new so once they get a bit more settled on that'll work, but they have the biggest space and nicest house and the most upside. DU has a great basement for throwing parties as well
