delta zeta (sisterhood, scholarship, service, involved, maintaining their spot)
sigma kappa (doesn't seem like they do much but go out, dropping)
phi mu (where are they... like ever? pretty girls, dropping)
MIDDLE
alpha omicron pi (could be better, but could be worse, dropping)
gamma phi beta (irrelevant, but getting there, raising)
phi sig (i see them around a ton... at parties.. on poles, maintaining)
BOTTOM
ast (there are some fun girls, slightly unfortunate, maintaining)
asa (bottom spot speaks for itself, maintaining)

TOP: Phi Mu, Delta Zeta, and Sigma Kappa are the 3 every girl wants to be in to start recruitment... and if you said you didn't feel that way you're lying.

MIDDLE: PhiSig, GphiB, AOII.

BOTTOM: ASA, AST, Tri Sigma

Top Tier: Phi Mu, Delta Zeta,Sigma Kappa-------These are the 3 sororities every girl wants to end up in unless you are a legacy in another. These are sororities that usually get their top choices of girls

Middle Tier: Phi Sigma Sigma , Alpha Omicron Pi, Gamma Phi Beta----- The joe Schmos of Greek life. Just extremely average all around. Every girl in the middle or bottom tiers essentially has to "settle" for one of these, but unlike the bottom tiers these girls are somewhat satisfied with these ones at least

Bottom Tier: Alpha Sigma Tau, Alpha Sigma Alpha, Tri Sigma Sigma(by default because they're so new, could easily move up once they're on campus a little longer but they need to earn their stripes first)
Usually join these if you're a legacy or if you really want to be in a sorority but couldn't get into any of the top 3 or the the next 3

Okay, so here's what I think about the new pledge classes.. thoughts?

SK- Hot new babies, as always. (maintaining)
Phi Mu- Hot as well, per usual though. (maintaining)
DZ- could have done better. (declining)
AST- didn't get a lot, but whatever. (maintaining)
AOII- where everybody gets a bid. (declining)
Gamma Phi- super sweet pledge class. (climbing)
ASA- surprisingly got some hot pledge babies. (climbing)
Tri Sigma- also, handed out a lot of bids. (climbing)
Phi Sig- some hot pledges. (maintaining)

there is not a ranking in exact order because everyone has a different opinion on what they life/don't like about each sorority. but it's very obvious of who is in the top middle and bottom tier

top:
SK, DZ, PhiMu

Middle:
PhiSig, Gamma Phi, AOPi

Bottom:
ASA AST and kind of TriSig but they haven't been around long enough to really have a ranking

The ranking varies based on every person because everyone has a different view on it. But... going into recruitment and during recruitment every girl has their eye on SK, DZ, and PhiMU. They're lying if they say they didn't want one of those at first. Essentially, if you get dropped from these you settle a little for other ones. But!! so many girls are happy they got dropped from these 3 because they really like the one that they ended up at even if it wasn't their first choice in the beginning.Wherever you end up is where you're meant to be, you're going to be with other girls who are just like you, they will be your best friends.
With that being said tho, these are the average rankings around campus

DZ/SK
PhiMu

PhiSig
Gamma Phi
TriSig
AOII

ASA
AST

This is the realist ranking out there, except I'd bump up AOII to top because I know so many girls who wanted their house.

Every sorority has a bunch of different qualities, so here is something great about each and every one of them:

AOII: high GPAs, high participation in panhellenic events, approachable and trustworthy kind of girls
ASA: tight sisterhood, very sweet girls, enthusiastic and are always giving off positive energy
AST: super down to earth, don't really care about rank and are more about sisterhood, slightly reserved but nice girls once you get to know them
DZ: high GPA, hold lots of leadership positions around campus, good balance of school and "night life"
GPB: very relaxed group of girls, seem to have really good organization within their chapter
PM: these girls seem like they are capable of doing anything, good with philanthropy
PSS: they have a house chef which is pretty cool, but I can't really say too much because I've never actually met any of them. They seem sweet though and I've heard good things about their level of organization within their chapter!
SK: always putting on events in kirkhof, high GPA, extremely confident (which I think is why some people may think they come off as stuck up)
SSS: new on campus, but really making a name for themselves! nice girls, a little quiet, but very sweet!

Eh, I think SK is falling though, and AOII too. Otherwise you're about right.
