this chapter just got the chapter of the year... dont listen to all these comments. im from another sigma kappa chapter in the south and we have heard sooo many great things about what they've done not only for sigma kappa but for other organizations and their fundraisers. i am proud to call them my sisters and anyone wanting an awesome greek experience should really looking into becoming a dove!

I dot get all the nasty comments sigkaps are getting!! All the sigma kappas I've met have been nothing but nice an super fun to be around! Some of my closest friends are here and I'm totally looking forward to rush in the fall and I have my sights on the girls with the biggest hearts and good looks to match!

From a recent new member class perspective, i was welcomed with open arms. i feel at home and this is the right place for me. though some may not agree, we all have our reasons for joining a sorority and how compatible it is with our personality. i love my sorority and would not have it any other way. I am not a Sigma Kappa, I am in another organization on campus and every single sorority is fantastic. I cannot believe all the nasty things written on here about each other. I have friends from almost every house and the ones that i don't have friends in are just because we havn't crossed paths. If someone in particular has a reputation just let them do their thing and don't waste your time bashing their organization.

Heard some pretty nasty rumors about them and the way they treat their new sisters and I'm at a different university. Nothing says poor sisterhood and no class like that.

i went through recruitment and ended up not joining any sorority because my parents didn't think it would be good for me. being able to go through and see all the sororities made me see that the one that stood out and seemed to be the most down to earth was definately sigma kappa. each girl was so nice AND they remembered my name. if my parents would have let me join a sorority there is no doubt in my mind that would have been sigma kappa.
