Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Grand Valley State University - GVSU 2.6 These guys are well known, and a pretty cool fraternity. The only suggestions that I would make is to get involved with the community more, and get a location. They could be top tier, but these fundamental steps need to be achieved first.
