I feel like that's right if you rank overall, but if you look at just PC 15 it's more like:

ADPi
ZTA

Phi Mu
Alpha Phi
Alpha Xi

AXO
AGD

It's really a toss up among the top 3. Just depends on what you like. They're all strong groups with some really attractive - and a few less attractive - girls. Phi Mu, ADPi and ZTA always have most consistently strong pledge classes.

I've been impressed with a few Alpha Xi and there are some cute AXO. I haven't seen enough of the other groups to really have an opinion.
