No, they won't be in the cottage, they just get to live in Phi Tau's creepy r@pe castle. Soooo much better...

the house might not have the best history but if you take that away it's not a bad house

And it's still not their house, they still don't own it. They still have to answer to Phi Tau's housing corporation

It's not about forgetting what happened at the house, what happened at phi tau should be a reminder to fraternities to treat women with respect. But bringing another sorority down when they should be allowed to be excited about staying at a bigger house isn't the way to go

Before recruitment kickoff, but ideally by the end of July. Recs are not necessary at Tech, but they can help introduce you to a chapter. Good luck finding your home and pan love <3

Usually only girls who are seriously antisocial or obviously don't care. I think like 98% of girls who stay with recruitment through Pref day get a bid.
