Alpha Xi/Alpha Phi were comparable

Alpha Xi and Alpha Phi are not comparable. Alpha Phi got a lot of serious trolls, And Phi Mu's PC was not on the same level as ADPi and Zeta. AGD's PC was much better than AXO's.
