KA, SAE, FIJI, SN typically put the most effort in, sigma chi too kind of

Kappa Sig, Sigma nu, Pike, and Sigma Chi have had the most active houses this summer from what i have seen.

As a summer freshman, I'd say my favorite parties/rush events have been KA and Phi Delt

SAE, Pike, TKE, KA, and Sigma Chi have been the most active socially. Phi Delt, Sigma Nu, and FIJI have had some decent parties as well.

How hard is it for an out of stater to get into a top house at tech given I would have normally gotten into a top house at my state school?
