Upper tier-
Big 3: KS PKA ATO
Other top houses: SX SN BTP PDT SAE FIJI
Honorable mentions: TKE

All of these frats are really good with great houses, size, parties, culture, and brotherhood. Many of the brothers here are smart and fun. The big 3 stand out the most in terms of reputation but all of them are still well-known. TKE gets an honorable mention because their reputation is great for many but really really shaky for others.

Middle tier-
Upper mid: SigEp OX PhiSig DX Chi Phi
Lower mid: DY LXA KA AEPi ThetaXi

These are all respectable frats with solid houses, sizes, and brotherhoods. They’re not as well-reputed as the upper tier but all have distinct cultures and strengths to make up for it (ex. DX is very academic focused, SigEp is a diverse group). Difference between upper mid and lower mid is a pretty minor difference in campus presence, you can interchange based on personal preference.

Lower tier-
On the rise: ASP
Steadily improving: Glowworm PhiTau
Just ok: DSP Skullhouse
???: ZBT DTD

The tier names speak for themselves. There’s a lot of growth happening at some places while others are stagnant, and a few are outright missing. Lower tier doesn’t necessarily mean “bad” just that there’s a lot of development going on, some places could jump to middle tier pretty soon. There are still solid events and cool guys at many of these frats.
