Eh not a bad rank but I would have Phi Delt and BETA down and Switched with Fiji and either SN or TKE. PDT and BTP have good houses but bad house parties. SN and Fiji do too but SNus pool makes up for it and Fiji can have in house parties with alcohol if they meet certain rules for nationals. Again though this isn't bad this is just my opinion.

SN TKE PDT SAE PKA BTP
Imo the only fraternities that have the good houses (SXs is old and beat up but way better than most others) and no nationals rules against alcohol in house. Probably should've included Pike here but their house is so bad.
The next row are all solid and pretty much offer the same experience as above with caveats. PKA and SAE have old and small houses. SAE PDT and TKE all are known for soft pledgeships. PDT SN and Beta all have rules against alcohol in house. If Beta and SAE didn't have their nationals rules they would both be tied with KS for #1.
After that ...
ChiPhi PKP LXA SPE DX KA
and to a lesser extent ...
ChiPsi AEPi DSP
Are all good fraternities that throw events or are relevant during tailgates or just have some pull with the few sororities here for absolutely no reason.
