aphi location
by: questionWhat used to be there before they built their house (and if that house has been there since before Alpha Phi got here, what organization used to have that house?), and once they get their new house, what will their current house be used for?

that house has been there for a long ass time. I think Alpha Xi lived there in the 1950s. Right before it became Alpha Phi's house though it was (maybe still is) privately owned by this guy called Larry. It was called "Larry's" and was AXO's party house (AXOs apparently used to party? Who knew??) and you had to be 21+ to live there. If the house is still privately owned, it could be rented out to individual students (possible but unlikely) or perhaps would house another fraternity or sorority (more likely sorority)

Still owned by Larry. I believe AXO also used it as a starter home before their current house was built and just kept having sisters live there.
