Strictly based off tailgates. Location is a huge factor in the rankings as well as drinks/traditions for certain ones on game days.

KA has a terrible location and house. Their best events are at other spots. Also Beta needs to move way down for the same reason, their best tailgates are joints.

No TKE? They have some of the best tailgates because of their houses outdoor area.
