Based off of tailgates, house parties, PCs and housing.
Top 3
KS/ATO/Fiji
Best parties and best houses, ATO and Fiji are nerdy but this is tech so everyone is to an extent. Tailgates are good but not top notch as only ATO has a good location for tailgates. KS and Fiji are way too far.
Top 6
PKA/SAE/BTP
Pike and SAEs houses are both small and dirty, while it doesn't affect their parties too much, most people leave for a better house. Beta on the other hand has a great house but hardly use it. Tailgates here are legendary and pull here is just as good if not slightly better than above.
Top 10
SX/SN/PDT/TKE
The rest of the top 10 are pretty good tbh, all have great houses and parties but don't throw as much. Also the PCs here tend to lean more towards the dorky/try hard side.
Top 15
PKP/SPE/LXA/ChiPhi/OX
These are building into strong respectable groups and were just ok before (OX/ChiPhi) or are living with terrible nationals (lambda/sigep) and should be higher, or are recovering from suspension (PKP/LXA). All 5 of these are really good and active mid sized groups.
Smaller Honorable Mentions
KA ChiPsi AEPi
DTD DU SH GW ASP DSP
All of these have parties and are active just smaller groups with less money.

KS(=)/ATO(^)/PKA(=)
These three are the biggest socially here. ATO used to be huge here, they are getting better but have a long way to go still.
BTP(=)/Fiji(^)/SAE(v)
Beta will always be top as long as they have their house and pull, but can be boring. Fiji like ATO is rising pretty quick. SAE on the other hand has a rep for letting kids in easy.
SX(=)/SN(^)/TKE(v)/PDT(=)
SN is rising pretty quick with their house and pull. TKE continues to fall even with their house and insane parties, will always be top 10 probably. Everyone else is solid.
PKP(^)/LXA(=)/ChiPhi(^)/OX(=)/SPE(=)
No one here is bad, each of these has a good time. Other not listed too.
