KS ATO
PKA SAE BTP
KS and ATO have the best houses parties and history here, the other 3 are the next most popular for sororities but either have nasty small houses (SAE/PKA) or don't use their houses for parties much (Beta).
SX Fiji
SN PDT TKE
These next 5 all all solid houses and names at tech, also sororities seem to like all 5 a lot as well. Parties here are very good but joints are really where these 5 have their biggest stuff minus Fiji and SX who have a good solo event a year.
PKP SPE
ChiPhi OX DX
PKP and SPE are definitely more chill socially on their own but have great joints and are honestly just as liked by sororities as the above 5. ChiPhi DX and OX are all good party wise but get less joints and attention from sororities when theyre on their own. Sometimes these 5 bring GA State or Emory sororities to party.
ChiPsi KA AEPi
ASP DSP
These are the more niche groups at tech and tbh they don't get a whole lot of attention from sororities at tech and usually have sororities from other schools like Emory or State.
DTD SKullHouse GlowWorm
DU PKT
DTD skull house and glowworm all have maybe 1 or 2 events you will hear about a semester combined.bthe other two you may see sometimes.

PM ZTA ADPi AXiD AXO APhi AGD KAT
They're all even, the top 10 fraternities seem to very very slightly prefer to hang with some combination of the same 4 or 5 groups but those 5 only get maybe 1 extra Social/Mixer each with a top 10 group. I won't name the 4 or 5 groups because the difference is so small it's not even worth mentioning.

All are very comparable, Fiji and ATO are both under rated party wise and have used their nice houses well. BTP and SX are just as good as everyone else but party wise are the more tame of the 7.

Tbh all 8 here are a lot of fun to be in and get sorority girls from tech out often. Not as active or popular party wise here but are all solid groups that are a great time. With Theta coming on whoever they start to hang out with most should move up to make it a top 8.

Power rankings
1. KS - top house, good pull, solid guys, best parties, good community service. Kind of dorky.
2. ATO - top 5 house, solid guys, good grades, great pull, great parties. Not a lot of them.
3. PKA - top pull, great community service, great athletics, great community involvement, good parties. Not good brotherhood, house is lower mid at best.
4. Fiji - good pull, good parties, top 3 house, great athletics, great grades, good involvement. Guys are either athletic but there are also a lot of geeks(even for tech) so hit or miss quality. All around solid top group.
5. BTP - top 5 house(tied with ChiPhi and ATO for #'s 3-5), great quality guys, great pull, great grades. Parties are not good, you don't see them around a lot outside of student government and date nights.

6. TKE - top 3 house, great parties, good pull, good athletics. Hit or miss quality, grades are trash.
7. SX - Derby days, good pull, great athletics, good involvement, good grades. House is mid, parties are mid, guys are try hards.
8. SN - pool at the house is sick, guys are all good quality, good pull, good involvement, probably the closest brotherhood. Parties are mid outside of spring and summer, not a lot of them.
9. SAE - great history, great pull, good involvement, great parties. Guys are not close, guys are soft, house is lower mid at best.
10. PDT - good house, good guys, good grades, good involvement, close brotherhood. Parties are mid, pull is mid.

11. SigEp - good guys, good pull, great involvement, great grades, good athletics. Parties are none existent without joints, weird nationals rules. Pretty much SPE OX ChiPhi and PKP are interchangable here.
12. OX - good house, good guys, good grades, good parties. Not a lot of them. Pretty much SPE OX ChiPhi and PKP are interchangable here.
13. ChiPhi - great house, great guys, good pull, good grades, good involvement. Not a lot of them Pretty much SPE OX ChiPhi and PKP are interchangable here.
14. PKP - good house, good involvement, good athletics, good parties, volleyball court. Not a lot of them. Pretty much SPE OX ChiPhi and PKP are interchangable here.
15. DX - a lot of them, good involvement, good athletics, great grades. Mid pull and house at best.
