really tired of this troll saying so many places "aren't going to happen" just because they're bitter about whatever fraternity/sorority they're in

Saying "they're not going happen" is a dumb way to justify ranking a house. I just don't think Pike will ever compete with the top houses, I don't think they have a strong enough brotherhood and they're social life isn't as strong as some of the other rising houses like Chi Phi and Delt

Delt is not a top 5, top 10, or top 15 house. Never have been. Never will be.
