why sorority “rank” shouldn’t be your priority

i’m not gonna even get into trying to put the sororities at tech in different tiers because people fight on that all the time and nobody will ever agree because, let’s be honest, everyone wants their house to be considered “top.”

But if you’re a PNM about to go through recruitment, seriously ask yourself if you’re having a good time in each house. do you just like it there because you think the girls are the prettiest and the house is gorgeous and they seem popular/social? or do you ALSO like it because you feel at home, you feel like yourself / truly happy?

THIS ISNT TO SAY YOU CAN’T BE YOURSELF IN A POPULAR HOUSE. So many people can! but if you’re gonna accept a bid from a house simply bc you think they have a good social status and you want to be associated with that, you’re doing it wrong and are honestly gonna regret your decision.
