parties with or without joints: KS TKE PKA
Upper Mid
Also good parties but joints are bigger & better instead of solo: SAE ATO SN SX
Mid tier
Need joints for big events but still have decent enough solo events: Fiji ChiPhi OX DX
Lower Mid
Don't do any parties unless they throw joints, usually because their national fraternities rules prevents them from throwing parties with alcohol in house: BTP SPE PDT

SN is the most active group out of the fraternities with that rule, Fiji is the second most.
SN has had big joints with KS PKA SPE PDT ATO over the past 4 years.

Chi phi can have like super hood or super dead parties, very hit or miss. Beta shots around the world parties are always sone of my favorites, their registerers suck tho

Top tier parties no matter what, joints or no joints.
KS TKE PKA
Joints are top tier, solo parties are very good but not as big.
ATO SAE
Don't usually throw joints but still have pretty good parties.
ChiPhi OX DX
Joint centric groups who have to throw small parties on the low.
Fiji SN SigEp PDT BTP KA
Upcoming Fraternities still building but have had some unexpected good events.

SAE and ATO don't typically have joints because they don't need to. Their parties are huge on their own. They do have at least a couple of joints a year - sometimes with each other, once with Beta (block party).
They have some the biggest parties on campus.

Tier 1: Best parties and joints with techs best houses
KS TKE
Tier 2: Good parties but their houses sūçk
PKA SAE SX
Tier 3: Good parties and their houses are pretty good, but not the best
ATO SN ChiPhi OX
Tier 4: they would be amazing if they didn't have rules in house, parties are mid at best but Joints are big and good
BTP Fiji PDT SPE
Tier 5: Everyone else of note party wise, throw some parties better than tier 4 but are blown out joint wise.
KA, ChiPsi, Skullhouse, AEPi

Throwing joints (parties with another fraternity or two) can signal that you can’t have a party at your own house, or your parties won’t be good unless you join with somebody else.
Don’t look at joints when looking at who throws the best parties IMO

The best are KS and TKE due to their houses and having good guys who promote well. Their joints are legendary too but honestly are identical to their parties when they throw.
The next group is the great tier and is ATO PKA SAE. All 3 throw great parties on their own that are huge. Their joints are legendary and imo bigger events than their solo stuff, probably because SAE and PKA houses are too small and old to pack out and ATO is still growing, they used to be undisputed #1.
SN SX Fiji ChiPhi are the good tier, all have big above average houses and Fiji's is tied with KS and TKE for best house. Fiji and SN both have rules against alcohol in house unless they meet academic and behavioral standards, and SX's house is old and not set up well. ChiPhi is just a smaller group. If it wasn't for these reasons each would be up a tier and Fiji would probably even be top tier party location. Joints are very obviously bigger here but the parties can get wild too. Definitely still get a good experience here party wise.
PDT BTP SPE KA all have rules against alcohol in house preventing them from throwing outside of joints. KA is just really small with a small dirty house but have no nationals rules. All are cool guys so other fraternities don't mind throwing joints with them or inviting them out.
Like the above guy mentioned ChiPsi Skullhouse AEPi and DU have thrown surprisingly good parties too. Usually don't joint here.

Throw OX into the middle group who throws good events. The house isn't big but the inside is nice AF. They are like ChiPhi where they are just small.

ATO SAE PKA - either bad houses (SAE/PKA) or building up numbers (ATO)
Mid
SN SX Fiji ChiPhi OX DSP DX - take your pick every fraternity here has good parties and groups like Fiji ChiPhi OX and SN also have very solid houses.
Lower Mid
Skullhouse ChiPsi DU AEPi - all 4 have had surprisingly fun events over the last 2 years. Each is growing too.
Bottom
BTP PDT SPE KA - need to have joints for even moderate parties, otherwise you will feel like you're at a high school party because these groups keep it more chill.

SN has the same nationals rules as all of the groups you have at the bottom so you should rethink this list.
