Descriptions of some frats?

theta chi is nice guys but kinda irrelevant i never hear about them having a party
phi delt is more southern frat they're nice and throw good parties and hang w good sororities
chi phi i never hear ab anything they do seems like they only hang out w the brothers and the low srats
snu has chill guys they're kinda stoners but nice house and good brotherhood and hang w kinda everyone
du has a nice and good brotherhood super great guys def not top more low to mid but throw some good parties here and there

theta chi - probably the nicest group on campus. more known for their small unreggies that are invite only. host decent mixers 1-2 a semester

phi delt - "more traditional fraternity" than the ones listed. more publicized events and better mixers than the frats listed.

chi phi - smaller group with a good brotherhood and nice guys. throws a nice party every semester

snu - great brotherhood and has chill vibes across campus. good turnout with parties and dope mixers

du - chill and dope guys however are probably lower tier than the ones listed by a margin. most know for space jam reggie.

delta chi - probably as nice as theta chi, tight brotherhood and hangs with alpha gams a ton. consistatly has the highest gpa on campus

phi tau - just recolonized and chartered, has a bad rep on campus because of its past but new guys may have potential

delta sig - biggest house on campus i believe, but other than that i dont know too much about them

if i were to rank them:

upper mid:
phi delt / snu / theta chi
chi phi / delta chi

lower mid:
du

after that:
delta sig / phi tau

the guys at theta chi are really nice it is very true that its most unregistered events and they have a lot of smaller events with "friends of the house" but they all seem super close and all of the guys i've met are super nice
