No no no, Lambda acted like idiots, in public on their front lawn, when they were on probation and got themselves booted. The rumor you're talking about is that sae snitched on KA about something, nobody remembers exactly what because nothing actually happened about any of it, but it was actually ADPi who snitched on KA. Honestly if you're going to tap into the rumor mill try to keep up.
