Top 5

KappaSig / Beta
Pike > ATO / SX

These 5 got the best classes this fall and have had good events so far this fall. People are going to hate that Beta and KappaSig are top 2 but their events and houses keep them where they are despite giving out questionable bids. Pike would be up there with KappaSig and Beta if they had a halfway decent house instead of a pig pen. ATO is still small but their house and this fall pledge class have them back in top. SX's house is good even if it's old, they are also a smaller group but they got some good guys.

Upper mid

Fiji > SAE / TKE
SNu / PiKapp

Fiji is struggling the past 2 years but their house is great and their guys aren't bad, despite their troubles. SAE is also struggling and TKE bids way too many random guys. Both of them have some top events however and decent enough pull. SN and PiKapp both have solid houses and good events but they don't have first pick of guys unless they cross rush with other groups.

Mid

OX / ChiPhi > PDT
SigEp / DX

OX and ChiPhi have good to great houses (ChiPhi has a top 5 house) and have good events too. PDT is a little weird but have good events and great pull. SigEp and DX have both fallen off some but have no problems recruiting good amounts of guys and have decent events.

I agree with all of this except ATO, you can’t put a fraternity top tier just because they get one good pledge class, look at their past 3 PC. Bunch of GDIs.

SX and ATO have been getting leftovers for years, only ATO got a top class this semester yet they both are top? Switch them both with SAE and TKE.

SAE has sucked for the last couple of years. They took a kid in the spring who was debrothered by KS. Pledged KS at GSU. Affiliated at Tech. Debrothered based on conduct at Tech. Pledged at SAE this spring. I bet SAE did not know and it is too late at this point.

Good for KS for kicking that guy out. They are still not top.

No one thinks KS and Beta are top except KS and Beta. Avoid at all costs if you were actually cool in high school

SAE and Fiji are not top 8 anymore and its time everyone recognize that. SN and PKP have both been out working them in rush, have better events and joints, and they are starting to get more pull than either.

Fiji is really the only group that shouldn't be in the top 8 anymore. They are the new ChiPhi, all they have is a house.

Fiji is not and never will be falling only those geed's from KS and SAE are!! Stop lying on Fiji KappaSquid and SAE needs to GTFOH. Fiji is and always has been #1.

Beta is the only top 8 fraternity that bids g@¥ guys who date bros and do g@¥ hazing like elephant walks. They are not and never will be top 5, let alone top 2.

I honestly think that DU has the best parties by far, I had some bedtime with a DU and it was absolutely wonderful (im a guy btw)
