SAE ATO KS PKA - If you don't have SAE or ATO in the top 4 you don't know GT party scene or this schools greek history. This is old row at GT, all 4 are the oldest groups at Tech and have deep alumni networks. ATO and KS have better houses, but PKA and SAE have more solid guys. these are the 4 groups that traditionally run GT Greek scene. Southern school with top southern founded fraternities.

Fiji SX TKE BTP - a lot of Yankee's and OOS guys here, also the historical top of new row is all northern founded fraternities. Fiji and Beta have great houses they barely use but have top tier off campus events. TKE and SX throw top tier on campus events but the off campus events are lacking.

SN DX SPE OX PKP PDT - the mix of the next best northern and southern founded fraternities. all are solid groups that have good events.
