Definitely nowhere near as yeehaw, but still probably the 2nd most yeehaw

SAE / TKE

Both are soft for different reasons, TKE hands the most random bids here which led to some scandals and SAE doesnt have pledge ship so they are always soft. Both are still relevant with females, and TKE has a top 4 house while SAE has history.

SX / ATO

Both are shrinking, both have nicer, bigger, slightly dated and slightly dirty houses. Social lives aren't as big but they both always have relevant events and are some girls favorites. Well balanced grades, athletics, and well represented in on campus events.

KS / BTP

Both are slightly dorky, both are new to being top, both have the two of four of the best houses here, and are both some of the larger groups here. Difference is Beta is more academically inclined and can't have alcohol in house (they have parties but are always low key). Their social lives are mostly off campus with sororities at bars. KS is average academically and throw a lot of on campus events.

PKA / Fiji

Both have scandals, both hate each other even though they are similar meat head frat chads, females LOVE to show out for both athletic events. Fiji has a top 4 house here but cant have alcohol in house without nationals giving the chapter an ok. Pike on the other hand has a small old dorty house that they abuse with wild and frequent parties. Fiji blanket bids rando's and the suburban type while Pike always gets the same cobb county/atl metro private school kids.

PKP/OX

Both have risen into recent relevance, both are more diverse groups, both have good houses, average number in both. Average relevance and decent amount of girls show out.

SN / DX

Both are rising in relevance for different reasons. SN has a nice set up with their pool and have good history here. DX has massive numbers and are diverse. They're here because theyre some of the last super relevant groups.

KA / SPE

Neither is really relevant anymore but they used to be. Not bad groups but KA has a super bad has and small numbers and Sigep has no pledgeship(soft) and no alcohol in house.

PDT / ChiPhi

Both have good houses, diversity, relevant events, decent sorority involvement, but both are shrinking. Last of the relevant groups.

SAE and KA? Lol. One is relevant and the other is irrelevant. Is that a joke?

KA and SAE try the least hard of any house on campus as far as rush goes from what I've seen. They already know who they want and rushees already know them or about them. They don't blanket bid but always bid a few guys they don't already know who show up during rush though.

Literally every house at tech has to try hard during rush to get the few cool guys who go to Tech

None of the top fraternities are hipsterish tbh. KS is more like a dorky kind who parties on the weekend and watches star trek new generation marathons after class/probably didnt play sports and Beta is more like the rainbow chubby wearing house if you know what i mean... Smashing the castle towers on the low and sometimes not so much.

KA friendly? Try universally disliked by all other fraternities.

I’m saying. It seems like all fraternities are friends with guys in other fraternities except there’s KA which keep to themselves and aren’t really friends with anyone else.
