Tech is different than most schools, every sorority is relevant, and a lot of the guy groups are very comparable.
Girls
Everyone is good tbh.
Guys
KS BTP PKA TKE SAE ATO
Honestly these 6 groups have the most events or the biggest events/joints. All have good pull but some excel more in certain areas (athletics:PKA, student gov/grades:BTP, community service: KS/ATO) and KS PKA SAE TKE throw most of the parties here.
Fiji SX PKP SN OX DX
These groups are also very relevant, some of their events rival above. They get decent numbers and throw a good amount of parties too.
KA SPE PDT ChiPhi DU AEPi

From a sorority member here - derby days is not even middle of the road. My house does it because we kind of 'have to' be seen doing it, but we don't exactly look forward to it.

On campus centric groups:
KS - year round solid events, great house and get along with most groups (minus fiji),
TKE - they have a rep of being seasonal but their house is big enough on the inside to throw decent events in the winter. Summer, early fall (tailgates) and late spring are always fun here.
PKA/SAE - both have smaller places but both places are mostly party space. They throw just as much events as above and some girls even prefer them to above but their houses are VERY dirty.
SX/ATO/SN/PKP - these are honestly the next most popular places for on campus events, all have good events and throw a decent amount of them. Usually joints with these groups are massive
Off campus centric groups:
Fiji/Beta - take your pick, both of these groups are great places for mixing with sororities and then coming back to a nice after party at a top house.
SX/ATO/SPE - again both have a lot of events off campus with girls and both have good houses to come back to afterwords.
KS/SAE/PDT/PKA - all 4 of these also do a good amount of off campus events but to a lesser extent or are just less popular than above.
Student gov/athletics/grades
Everyone in the top 8 are in the top 10 at GT for grades except KS and TKE(TKE is almost last where KS is in the middle).
Fiji/PKA are the most athletic groups.
BTP/Fiji/SX/SPE/SN/DX/PDT all have great grades usually.
KS/PKA/ATO/PDT/KA/SN all have a lot of community service opportunities.
SN/SPE/SX/Fiji/DX/BTP/KA/AEPi/PDT all are great places for student government involvement.

Switch Fiji with ATO for sure but Keep tke and sx where they are.
