Top: Fiji KS BTP TKE

All 4 have the best houses at GT, and its not even close. KS and TKE are more party/social centric groups while Fiji and Beta are much more involved in student gov and involvement. There is a reason why everyone on this site likes to pick on these 4 groups.

Lower Top: SX ATO SAE PKA

SAE and Pike still get good numbers but both of their houses are average size and super dirty. Still they have events top 4 events (along with KS and TKE). SX and ATO are more involved in student government and philanthropy than they are party centric groups. They are also 2 of the smallest in the top 8.

Upper Mid: PKP OX SN DX

These 4 are all great groups with good housing set ups and are all decent sized groups. Their sorority pull is slightly lower than the above 8 but that is quickly changing.

Mid: SPE KA PDT ChiPhi

All 4 of these used to be competing with the top 8. KA keeps getting into trouble, SigEp has no pledge ship or alcohol at events, PDT cant have alcohol in house, ChiPhi is shrinking. All 4 of these are still really good groups.

Im not going to do individual categories...

Top: (no order)

Kappa Sigma: they probably have the best house and parties but they are less dominate when it comes to individual mixers/socials with girls.

BTP: they probably have the best pull at tech and have one of the best houses but they have parties that are average at best and they don't do much.

SAE: they used to be the most active social group on campus but that has shrank recently. Still very wealthy and selective despite not having pledge ship and have the best pull or top 2 pull.

PKA: they have the best or are top 2 in events and parties. They aren't very involved but their athletics are top notch.

Lower Top: (no order)

Fiji: They have got into recent trouble but they are a great group and should probably be in the above group. Still they need better and more frequent events as well as a more streamlined pledgeship.

TKE: this group should probably be above as well but they aren't involved at all and their grades are bottom 5. They do have some of the best events and are really cool guys.

ATO: a small group but they have really good pull and events. Their history says that they should be top 2 with SAE but they are still recovering.

SX: say what you want but 'Derby Days' is still a top 5 event. They are small and their house is dirty but they are a great group.

SAE and ATO have fallen out of the top 4 recently and have been over taken by KS and BTP. Even though both of them aren't selective and are both super dorky dudes they are easily top 4 in relevancy.

PDT KA SPE ChiPhi

The next best 4 here has 1 or two groups that can move up tbh. Not bad groups at all and are respected. The other 4 are respected as well but are a step down due to nationals, trouble, or stupid house rules.
