I don’t know if any incoming freshman look at this website anymore, it’s filled with TKEs, Kappa Sigs, and Pikes trying to rank themselves higher than the actual top houses here. Here is an unbiased consensus of top fraternity houses from a girl.
TOP: SAE, FIJI, SX, Beta
Upper Middle: Pike, Kappa Sig, TKE, Sig Ep, Sigma Nu, KA
Lower Mid: ATO, Pikapp, phi delt, Theta Chi
Bottom: everyone else
You all can downvote this as much as y’all can, but if you go to this school you know it’s true.

SX and Fiji trying to calling out TKE and Pike for being on greek rank too much is hilarious seeing as this was directly from both 😂 ! Y'all are clown's 🤡.
Fiji was in trouble all last year and dropped their pledge class. All of that was because they blanket bid a bunch of soft Beta rejects who weren't going to put up with being hazed by a boring fraternity. Haven't had an event that is worth going to in years.
SX hasn't had a single event that anyone is talking about since all of their time and effort goes towards mediocre Derby Days. They also exclusively bid the SAE and Pike rejects. They're one of the smallest if not smallest fraternities in the top 8. Their house is dirty AF.
How can you say that either are top? Oh they're so much cooler right? How do you gauge that and if they're so cool why are all of their rush event's dead? Why do they each only have 1 sorority going to events?
Cut the Cap. SAE BTP PKA and TKE are top 4 right now. I agree about what you said over KS not being top but I will give them this, their house is insane and they have some of the best parties on campus. That alone has them in contention over SX and Fiji.

If you're going to rank groups based off of what parties they throw then TKE and PKA would definitely not be top 4 either. Unless you're ranking them by how many freshmen ZTA girls show up.
You think Derby Days isnt still one of Tech's biggest events?? Then you are biased and blind, I see every sorority involved their every year and every single one is exclusively dimes. Hot AF.

SX SAE KS BTP throw the best parties by your criteria (beta throws off campus parties well not on campus). Not PKA or TKE. GTFOH.
